Directions
Use as you would any other toothpaste, but instead of squeezing a plastic tube, dip the tip of your brush into the jar and scoop out just a small pea-sized amount. A little is all you need! Brush as normal, and spit out paste when done unless you want a little extra calcium in your diet! Contents may settle and separate over time, if so please stir gently before using.
